Delays and Cancellations Due to Snow
It is the practice of Saint Cecilia School to make snow delay/cancellation
decisions in as timely a manner as possible based on the general conditions of the roads. A morning delay is generally
preferred to a full-day cancellation.
Saint Cecilia does NOT follow Kenton County Public Schools regarding delays and/or cancellations. Please do not assume that, since Kenton County is closed, Saint Cecilia will be closed as well. In the event of inclement weather, please watch the television and/or listen to the radio for announcements. Channel 12 (Channel 3 on Insight Cable) is the first channel notified by Saint Cecilia of decisions regarding delays or cancellations. Please also note that there is a Saint Cecilia School in Ohio; listen for Saint Cecilia School in Independence. In the event of a snow delay, school will dismiss at the usual time (2:20 pm). |
