1.  Registration packets are distributed at the Catholic Schools Week Open House. 

2.  For those who do not attend the Open House, registration packets will be sent home for current students, and therewill be packets available in St. Cecilia Church Narthex and the school office.

3.  Registration Night takes place on Thursday, February 7, from 6:00 - 8:300 pm, at which time completed registration packets may be returned.  Open registration will last from February 7 to February 25.

4.  After February 25, registrations will continue to be accepted, however, based on numbers, students may not be guaranteed a place in a class.  Instead, students will be placed on a waiting list, with priority placement as follows:
        * Current students and siblings
        * Siblings and/or children of alumni
        * Children of parishioners of St. Cecilia Parish
        * Children of parishioners of neighboring Catholic Churches that have no school.
        * Non-Catholic students who desire a Catholic education.

5.  In order to register a child, before Feb. 25, the registration forms AND tuition forms must be completed and returned, as well as payment of a $100 non-refundable deposit per child made (the $100 per child deposit applies to Book Fees).

6.  After February 25, all of the above still applies, but students will be placed on a waiting list based on class numbers, and a $100 per family late-application fee will apply.

7.  If a student is denied a place in class by the school based on class size, the $100 per child fee and $100 per family late fee will be refunded.  If a parent decides, after registration, not to enroll their child(ren), the fees will not be refunded.

8.  Late applicants will be informed in March of their child's placement.
