Per the policy of the Diocese of Covington, all adults who have regular contact with children must attend
a live training session of the Virtus program--Protecting God's Children. August 28, 2007 -- Divine Mercy, Charity Hall, Bellevue, KY, 6:30 pm September 8, 2007 -- St. Paul School, Florence, KY, 9:00 am September 15, 2007 -- St. Joseph Academy, Walton, KY, 9:00 am September 17, 2007 -- Sts. Peter and Paul, California, KY, 7:00 pm September 22, 2007 -- St. Timothy Parish, Union, KY, 9:00 am October 7, 2007 -- St. Pius X Parish, Edgewood, KY, 6:30 pm October 9, 2007 -- Holy Family School, Covington, KY, 6:30 pm October 21, 2007 -- St. Cecilia School Fine Arts Room, Independence, KY, 1:00 pm
Bulletins will begin only after you have completed your live training and been processed. You will receive email notices that say system@virtus.org unless your computer program blocks them.
When you receive a notice of an article (12 per year), use these directions: -www.virtus.org -Enter your ID (email address) and password -Click on MY TRAINING at top toolbar -Click on Training Bulletin Report on right green panel -Click on (click here to see your complete report) -Choose a bulletin to read
Once a year you will also receive a longer bulletin called "recertification module." Click on the email notice to read this one OR -Enter ID and password -Click on MY TRAINING at top toolbar -Click on ONLINE TRAINING MODULE on left green panel -Click on article to read.
To Update Your Account: -www.virtus.org -Enter your ID (email address) and password -Click on UPDATE MY ACCOUNT -Edit your information and save
