1.  What grades do you teach at Saint Cecilia School?
        We are proud to offer grades Pre-K through 8 at Saint Cecilia.  

2.  What are Saint Cecilia's School Hours?
        School begins at 7:45 am and ends at 2:15 pm. School doors open at 7:00 am

3.  Do you have bus service at Saint Cecilia?
        Yes, we do.  Saint Cecilia School is served by Kenton County school buses.  Information about bus service, pick-up 
        drop-off times is given to parents during the summer, with updates, as necessary, during the school year.

4.  Do you offer financial aid at Saint Cecilia?
         Financial aid is available based on need.  Financial aid request forms are available in the office, and as part of the 
         registration packet.  It is our commitment that no child shall be denied a Catholic education due to financial hardship.

5.  Do you offer a hot lunch program?
         Students can purchase a complete hot lunch for $1.50 per day.  Students may also choose to pack their lunch.  
         Milk is available for purchase in the cafeteria.

6.  What is your average class size at Saint Cecilia?
         Class sizes vary with depending upon the grade.  Maximum size in grades K-3 is 25; maximum size in grades 4-8 is
         32.  Average class size is 21 students.

7.  Do students at Saint Cecilia wear a uniform?
          Yes.  Your daughter (grades K-4) will wear a plaid jumper and a white or light blue shirt.  In grades 5-8, she will
          wear a plaid skirt and white, blue, or red Saint Cecilia Middle School shirt.  Your son will wear blue slacks and a white
          or light blue shirt.  In grades 5-8, he may also wear the Saint Cecilia Middle School shirt.  Full details on the uniform
          can be found in the Parent/Student Handbook.

8.  How do I begin the registration process for my child at Saint Cecilia School?
          Contact Mrs. Karen Lipscomb or Mrs. Barb Weller in the school office, 859-363-4314, for details and a registration
          packet.  Open House is held each year during Catholic Schools Week.  Registration packets are available there as
          well.  Registration night is February 1, 2007, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.  Registrations received after that date will be 
          processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to current students and parishoners.

9.  What is the tuition?
          Members of the Finance Committee, Board of Total Catholic Education, the Pastor and the Principal work together to
          formulate the annual school budget.  The budget, including the tuition rates, are approved by the committees
          involved and by the Pastor and Principal in the spring of each year.

                  2 Children, K-8:  $5095 +$500 Books and Fees
                  3 or More Children, K-8:  $5822 + $250 per child Books and Fees

                  2 Children, K-8:  $5695 + $500 Books and Fees
